Key Responsibilities Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software. Document all validation activities, including protocol design, execution, and final reports. Identify and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) for validation deviations. Maintain and update validation documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing) to ensure successful validation. Conduct periodic reviews and revalidation of existing validated systems and processes. Train manufacturing personnel on validated processes and procedures. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent experience. Proven experience in validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA). Experience with writing and executing validation protocols and reports. Proficiency in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of validation deviations. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation purposes. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software. - Familiarity with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidelines. - Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles. - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for test automation. - Experience with risk-based validation approaches.
