Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, including new hire onboarding, skill development, and safety procedures. Coordinate training schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations. Assess training needs across all manufacturing departments and identify skill gaps. Source, select, and manage external training providers and resources as needed. Track and report on training effectiveness, measuring ROI and impact on key performance indicators. Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the manufacturing environment. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage diverse audiences. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training progress. Ability to analyze training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted solutions.
