Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, supervisors, and management. Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and operational feedback. Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance monitoring. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant. Manage training budgets and resources effectively. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in learning management system (LMS) administration and other training software. Experience in needs assessment, curriculum development, and facilitator training.
