Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and new equipment. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules and optimal resource allocation. Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and consultation with department supervisors. Source and manage external training providers and resources when specialized expertise is required. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and hands-on exercises. Track and report on training effectiveness, employee progress, and return on investment through various metrics and feedback mechanisms. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies through documented training records. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the manufacturing workforce. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies. Experience with performance management and needs assessment to identify training gaps.
