Key Responsibilities Accurately receive incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods, verifying against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies, and report any issues immediately. Properly store received inventory in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization and accessibility. Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments of finished goods according to customer orders and shipping manifests. Load and unload trucks and other vehicles using appropriate equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency. Maintain accurate inventory records by updating system data for all incoming and outgoing shipments. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy. Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and bills of lading for all outbound shipments. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment. Proficiency in using inventory management software and scanning equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
