Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize production. Balance production capacity with sales forecasts and inventory targets. Monitor production progress and inventory levels, adjusting schedules as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and procurement to align production plans. Identify, analyze, and resolve scheduling conflicts and production bottlenecks. Utilize ERP/MRP systems for scheduling, planning, and data analysis. Evaluate forecast accuracy and production performance, driving continuous improvement. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in master scheduling, production planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools. Strong analytical and data modeling skills, including demand forecasting and capacity planning. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field; APICS CPIM certification preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) systems. Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with demand forecasting principles and software.
