Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production employees, providing guidance and feedback. Monitor production quality, identifying and addressing any deviations or defects. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor. Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve issues and optimize operations. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, reporting discrepancies. Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns or conflicts. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
