Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance and feedback. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet targets. Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
