Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products. Balance demand forecasts with available production capacity and material constraints. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, procurement, and logistics teams. Monitor production progress, identify deviations, and adjust schedules proactively. Optimize inventory levels of finished goods and critical components to meet customer service targets. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns. Utilize and optimize ERP/MRP systems to drive effective planning and scheduling. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning, scheduling, and inventory control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and data analysis. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, production constraints, and supply chain dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
