Balance production capacity with customer demand forecasts. Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to align schedules. Monitor inventory levels and raw material availability to prevent disruptions. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and material shortages. Analyze production performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Manage lead times and ensure on-time delivery commitments are met. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for production planning and scheduling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related business field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with advanced data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL). Experience with demand planning and forecasting software solutions (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience. Multi-site or global manufacturing scheduling experience.
