Strong understanding of various machining processes, tooling, materials, and quality control principles. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues and optimize production processes for efficiency and accuracy. Bonus Qualifications Advanced CAD/CAM programming for multi-axis machining. Experience machining exotic materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, superalloys). Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience. Proficiency in CMM operation and programming for quality inspection.
