Inside Sales Representative | Lansing, MI Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for excelling in inside sales representative? The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Lansing region seeking Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective customers. Generate accurate price quotes and process customer orders efficiently. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Collaborate with external sales, engineering, and production teams to meet customer needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or industrial equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and persuasive presentation. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to understand technical product specifications and articulate value propositions to customers.
