Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabricators to achieve production goals. Ensure all fabricated components meet quality specifications and standards. Manage production schedules and allocate resources to meet deadlines efficiently. Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Optimize fabrication processes for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Recommended Qualifications Technical proficiency in diverse fabrication methods (e.g., welding, cutting, forming). Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications. Strong understanding of quality control procedures and industrial safety standards. Demonstrated problem-solving skills for production challenges and process optimization. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. AWS D1.1 or other advanced welding certifications. Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for fabrication design or programming. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) experience or certification.
