Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Manage the plant's P&L, develop budgets, and control expenses to achieve financial objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and environmental health and safety (EHS) policies. Recommended Qualifications Proven P&L management and strong financial acumen within a manufacturing environment. Extensive experience overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, quality, and engineering. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational targets. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams. Deep understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
