Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Conduct routine preventative maintenance and calibration of machinery. Provide technical training and support to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance. Document service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately and thoroughly. Manage field service inventory and spare parts effectively. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in field service or maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proficiency with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and interpreting technical schematics. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice.
