Job Description Handle a variety of employment and labor litigation matters for employer-side clients Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other key litigation documents Assist with case strategy, factual development, and legal analysis Take part in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation events Partner with experienced attorneys on high-level employment disputes and workplace matters Communicate effectively with clients and help deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications 2+ years of litigation experience Active Colorado bar admission required Labor and employment law experience preferred Strong academic credentials Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a team that combines sophisticated legal work with a supportive and forward-thinking culture.
