Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories using statistical models and market intelligence. Recommended Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools, coupled with strong Excel skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and apply statistical forecasting methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, S&OP cycles, and end-to-end supply chain principles. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan). Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced reporting. Demonstrated experience in S&OP process involvement or improvement initiatives. Knowledge of advanced statistical forecasting methods beyond standard ERP capabilities.
