Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations. Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals. Train, coach, and mentor employees on Lean methodologies and CI tools. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of CI initiatives. Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to achieve rapid process improvements. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. Strong proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
