Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on production lines and machinery to minimize downtime. Program, configure, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules for electrical infrastructure and automation. Ensure all electrical installations and modifications comply with safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement electrical engineering solutions to improve process efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial control system design. Experience with industrial power distribution, motor control systems, and automation integration in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime. Familiarity with electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and best practices for industrial environments. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET). Prior experience integrating or programming industrial robots. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
