CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Customer Service Representative Job Type: (Remote) Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling all customer interactions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers - Assist with processing rental applications and lease agreements - Coordinate and schedule property showings for potential tenants - Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Knowledge of real estate and property management is a plus - Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening We offer competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
