The Role & ECT Support We are recruiting an enthusiastic ECT Geography Teacher for September 2026. We know starting at a new school can be daunting, so we provide a "buddy" system with a recently qualified ECT to help you navigate your first few months. You’ll also participate in a rich CPL programme designed to sharpen your classroom craft, covering everything from inclusive curriculum design to advanced data usage. You’ll be supported by a Lead Practitioner mentor and have a dedicated member of the SLT responsible for your wellbeing.
