Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Process payroll for all employees, including timecard verification, tax calculations, and record maintenance. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy. Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing equipment, and maintaining office organization. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and production teams. Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related administrative tasks, including new hire onboarding. Track and monitor company expenses, preparing basic financial reports as required. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation. Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop/Online or similar ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP Business One) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with manufacturing-specific accounting principles, such as inventory management, job costing, and cost of goods sold (COGS). Demonstrated ability to manage office operations, including administrative support, vendor relations, and HR-related tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor, NetSuite). Basic understanding of cost accounting principles relevant to a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with HR best practices and manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA). Proven ability to implement process improvements for administrative efficiency.
