Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections. Process bi-weekly payroll, including tax filings and maintaining accurate employee records. Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and coordinating office maintenance. Provide administrative support for HR functions such as new hire onboarding and benefits administration. Assist with month-end close procedures and generate basic financial reports for management review. Maintain organized financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with QuickBooks and experience utilizing an ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite). Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger reconciliation. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage diverse office operations. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and administrative tasks.
