Ensure daily production schedules are met and output targets are achieved. Monitor product quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. Train, coach, and develop assembly personnel on processes and procedures. Troubleshoot assembly line issues and implement solutions to optimize workflow efficiency. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Manage material flow to the assembly line, ensuring availability and minimizing downtime. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing assembly environment. Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control, and production metrics. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of assembly technicians. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents such as blueprints and work instructions. Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.
