Proficiency with relevant industrial software (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLC programming, HMI) or control systems. Bonus Qualifications Experience with simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) or digital twin technologies. Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or custom application development. Background in advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or machine vision systems.
