Validation Engineer | Allendale, MI Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for excelling in validation engineer? Key Responsibilities Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. Prepare and review validation documentation, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and summary reports. Identify and assess potential risks to product quality and process integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve validation deviations and non-conformances. Maintain validation master plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance) on validation activities. Participate in change control processes and assess the impact of changes on validated systems. Support regulatory inspections and audits by providing validation-related information. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field. Experience with validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and their execution in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage). Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA). Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and report writing. Experience with change control processes and deviation investigations. Familiarity with relevant equipment and process technologies within the specific manufacturing sector. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. - Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar regulatory standards. - Certification in a relevant field (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt). - Experience with automated testing frameworks.
