Validation Engineer - Wayland Area

The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Wayland seeking Validation Engineers who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing equipment and processes. Document all validation activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and summary reports. Identify and troubleshoot deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results during validation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP) and internal procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) on validation projects. Maintain and update validation documentation and databases. Participate in the qualification of new equipment and the re-validation of existing systems. Support change control activities related to validated systems. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field. Proven experience in validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other relevant industry standards. Experience with developing, executing, and documenting validation protocols and reports. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation purposes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies. - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in validation. - Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) techniques for deviation investigations. - Knowledge of data integrity principles and regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
