Identify, document, and track defects and deviations from specifications. Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve quality issues. Perform root cause analysis for product failures and implement corrective actions. Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Knowledge of data analysis and statistical process control (SPC). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
