Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to prevent recurrence. Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, failure patterns, and improvement opportunities. Implement reliability-centered design changes and engineering solutions to enhance asset performance. Establish and monitor key reliability metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE, availability). Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for critical manufacturing assets. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment uptime and asset life cycle costs. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability methodologies. Hands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography). Strong understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles and asset lifecycle management. Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems for maintenance planning and data analysis.
