Key Responsibilities Define, map, and continuously improve the end-to-end value stream for assigned product families. Lead and coach cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste and bottlenecks within the value stream. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to throughput, lead time, quality, and cost. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize material flow, information flow, and customer order fulfillment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the value stream. Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and product development to ensure alignment and seamless integration. Implement lean manufacturing principles and tools to drive operational excellence. Manage resources and budgets effectively to achieve value stream objectives. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies, including Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma. Demonstrated success in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing value streams to reduce waste and improve flow. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and production planning. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational improvements. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
