Value Stream Manager | Allegan, MI Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excelling in value stream manager? The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Allegan region seeking Value Stream Managers. Key Responsibilities Define, map, and continuously improve value streams to optimize flow and eliminate waste. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream performance. Drive Lean manufacturing principles and tools throughout the value stream. Develop and manage the operational budget for the assigned value stream. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact value stream performance and delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the value stream. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma). Demonstrated success in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing value streams to reduce waste and improve flow. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and production planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
