Attorney - Civil Litigation

Associate Attorney Role Overview Seeking a litigation attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience to support a practice focused on property subrogation and complex fire-loss litigation across the western United States. Candidates with backgrounds in product defect, construction defect, premises liability, insurance, or general liability matters are encouraged to apply. Plaintiff-side experience is not required, and attorneys from an insurance defense background are welcome. Key Responsibilities Handle civil litigation matters related to property subrogation and fire-loss cases. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and case strategies. Work with experts and technical evidence in complex litigation matters. Participate in depositions, hearings, and courtroom proceedings. Manage multiple cases while maintaining strong attention to detail. Qualifications 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in at least one western U.S. jurisdiction (AZ, CA preferred, NV, WA, OR, CO, UT, or NM). Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Experience with expert-driven cases and technical evidence is a plus. Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.
