Greek Customer Support Representative – Lisbon Location: Lisbon (On-Site) Start Date: 30/Apr/26 Contract: 6 months (renewable) Languages: Greek (C2), English (B2) Shifts: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotative) 3 Rotational Shifts: 07:00–16:00 / 14:00–23:00 / 22:30–07:30 Job Description: Be a key part of a high-impact e-commerce project as a Greek Customer Support Representative in Lisbon! You'll assist users through inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues for buyers, sellers, customers, and content creators while making a real difference in their online experience. This role is perfect if you love problem-solving, enjoy working in a dynamic international environment, and want to grow your skills in customer service and e-commerce operations. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction and platform success.
