Note: Candidates must be licensed in Illinois and have 2+ years of litigation experience or closely related legal experience that supports success in civil litigation. Job Description Research, analyze, and interpret statutes, rules, regulations, and court decisions Assist with document review and case analysis Draft and respond to written discovery Conduct and defend depositions Write motions and briefs Monitor case files and help ensure deadlines are met Support litigation matters involving medical negligence, employment discrimination, and general tort liability Qualifications Active Illinois Bar license 2+ years of litigation experience preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Strong organization and communication skills Deposition experience preferred Ability to handle assignments across a variety of civil litigation matters JPC-785 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
