Key Responsibilities Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, and text) to ensure compliance with community standards and legal regulations for the Slovak market. User Engagement: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues regarding account security, privacy settings, and platform policies. Community Safety: Identify and escalate instances of inappropriate behavior, fraud, or violations of platform guidelines to maintain a positive user experience. Strategy Support: Collaborate with the global technical team to improve content management strategies and community engagement. Quality Assurance: Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional solutions via digital channels, maintaining the high service standards of a global tech leader. Requirements Language: Native or C2-level Slovak and professional proficiency in English. Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece). Professionalism: High emotional resilience and a solution-oriented mindset for handling diverse digital content. Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, digital environment.
