About the Role Company: Aqilea India Job Title: Senior QA Tester – Automation Experience: 8 – 10 Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives and support end-to-end testing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in API testing, functional testing, and automation framework development , along with experience in CI/CD integration and release support . Key Responsibilities Perform API testing and functional testing for enterprise applications. Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for the QA team. Analyze testing requirements and select appropriate automation tools and strategies . Implement and maintain automation using tools such as Robot Framework, Playwright, or Selenium . Develop automation scripts using Java or Python . Support release management activities and ensure quality during deployment cycles. Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to improve overall product quality. Mentor junior QA engineers and drive automation best practices. Required Skills Strong experience in Automation Testing . Hands-on experience with Robot Framework / Playwright / Selenium . Programming knowledge in Java or Python . Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.). Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Good understanding of test framework design and test strategy . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environment Start: Immediate to 15 Days Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
