We are currently hiring Hungarian / Polish-speaking Content Moderators to review and moderate online content while ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable making fair decisions while reviewing user-generated content in a fast-paced digital environment. What You'll Do Review and moderate user-generated content and listings in Hungarian or Polish Ensure content complies with community guidelines and platform policies Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content Apply local market knowledge when making moderation decisions Maintain productivity and accuracy when managing moderation queues Handle increased moderation volumes during promotion periods What We're Looking For C1/C2 Hungarian or Polish (mandatory) English B2 or higher Strong analytical and moderation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to make objective and rational decisions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces Work Schedule 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday) Shift options: 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €920 gross × 14 months Attendance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months Meal Allowance: €7.63/day Welcome Bonus: €1,000 (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year) Additional benefits: Health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months) Paid training and onboarding International working environment in Lisbon If you're ready to start an international career in Lisbon and help create a safer digital community, apply now and become part of a global team where your language skills truly make an impact...
