Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist (RRT) to join our imaging team and support high-quality diagnostic care in a patient-focused healthcare environment. In this role, you will perform diagnostic X-ray procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate imaging results. You will work closely with radiologists and clinical staff to support effective diagnosis and treatment. This position is ideal for a Florida-licensed, ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist who enjoys working in a collaborative clinical setting. New graduates with an active RRT license are encouraged to apply. Duties Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations using modern imaging equipment. Prepare and properly position patients to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety. Explain imaging procedures to patients to promote comfort, understanding, and compliance. Follow radiation safety guidelines, including ALARA principles, to protect patients and staff. Maintain accurate imaging logs and documentation within PACS systems. Ensure images are correctly labeled and transferred for interpretation. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support accurate image interpretation. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked imaging rooms. Support overall department workflow and assist with patient care as needed. Qualifications Active Florida Radiologic Technologist license (RRT) and ARRT certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care approach. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CT or MRI imaging modalities. Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $27–$36 per hour.
