Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. Demonstrated knowledge of inventory best practices, forecasting, demand planning, and lean manufacturing principles. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization. Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) for reporting and forecasting. Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP). Experience with ERP/WMS system implementation or advanced configuration. Demonstrated project management skills for leading inventory-related initiatives.
