Job Description Handle substantive work on complex commercial litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation-related documents Manage fact investigation, legal research, and case analysis Participate in depositions, court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Work on insurance coverage and bad faith matters, depending on experience Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy and client service Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members Take increasing ownership of matters as skills and experience grow Qualifications Active California Bar admission required Substantive litigation experience required Experience in commercial litigation strongly preferred Insurance coverage and/or bad faith experience preferred Judicial clerkship experience is a plus Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Motivated, professional, and eager to take on meaningful responsibility Why You Will Love Working Here We offer the kind of environment many attorneys look for but do not often find: sophisticated work, strong mentorship, real growth opportunity, and flexibility.
