IT Solutions Delivery Lead Location: Pasay (Head Office) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Morning) Level: (AVP – Director Level) Role Overview: Lead the delivery of IT solutions, driving software development projects and ensuring technology initiatives meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage software development, system enhancements, and IT projects. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and security protocols. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience in software development or IT solutions delivery with leadership exposure. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
