Transport Coordinator

Position: Transport Coordinator Location: Doha, Qatar We are hiring a Transport Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations, driver coordination, and vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage vehicle schedules and driver assignments Monitor fleet usage, GPS tracking, and fuel consumption Ensure timely vehicle maintenance and compliance Coordinate with operations for transport requirements Maintain records and prepare fleet performance reports Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's in Logistics, Transportation, or related field 2–5 years of experience in fleet or transport coordination Valid driving license Knowledge of GPS tracking and fleet systems Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Skills: Strong coordination and organizational skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
