Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – LTC Saint Joseph, Missouri Long Term Care / LTAC Setting 13-Week Travel Assignment Day Shift | 8-Hour Days | 40 Hours per Week Pay Package Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,665/week Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment in Saint Joseph, Missouri . The COTA will support the Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy services that help patients improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans Support patients with therapeutic exercises and ADLs (activities of daily living) Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Encourage and support patients throughout their recovery process Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean and organized Requirements Active Missouri COTA License BLS/CPR Certification required Experience in LTC or rehabilitation settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of occupational therapy experience Experience working with diverse patient populations Additional Details No call or weekend requirements Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Supportive long-term care environment
