Full Stack Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails / Remote LATAM

Hi! At Zarego , we are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy building robust web applications, this could be a great fit: What we're looking for: 5+ years of experience working with Ruby. Solid experience building and maintaining backend applications using Ruby on Rails. Ex perience with React and modern JavaScript for frontend development. Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications. Experience working with relational databases. Familiarity with testing practices. Experience working with Git and collaborating in team environments. Understanding of web application architecture, scalability, and performance considerations. Strong communication skills. Interest in staying up to date with new technologies and development practices. Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2). Based in Latin America. Nice to have: E xperience experimenting with AI tools or AI-assisted development workflows. S panish proficiency (intermediate level or higher). Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
