Head of Growth

We are hiring a Head of Growth to lead and scale the growth engine of a fast-growing AI consumer app in the music space. This role owns the company's most important KPI: revenue. You will be responsible for building and leading the systems, experiments, and team needed to scale user growth and monetization. We are looking for someone highly independent, commercially sharp, and capable of figuring things out with minimal direction. What You'll Do Drive significant revenue growth through marketing, conversion optimization, and scalable growth initiatives Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization Build and improve growth systems that can scale efficiently Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing growth team Work with speed, ownership, and strong commercial judgment in a fast-moving environment Turn ideas into structured execution with minimal founder input What We're Looking For Proven track record of scaling apps, SaaS products, or consumer digital platforms Strong understanding of what drives growth, engagement, and virality Strong taste and creative judgment across music, visuals, and digital content Systems thinker who can build structure, not just execute tasks Strong leadership capability with experience building and managing teams High agency and strong problem-solving ability Fast executor with a strong bias for action Highly data-driven, outcome-focused, and commercially minded Comfortable operating independently in a startup environment Ideal Candidate Has built or scaled growth engines, not just managed campaigns Thinks in funnels, experiments, systems, and revenue Can balance strategy with hands-on execution Thrives in high-ownership, low-bureaucracy environments
