We are hiring for Import Sourcing Support, which will be placed in one of the largest FMCG company in South Jakarta. Requirement : - Bachelor Degree - Good attitude, continuously seeking improvements - Have a strong drive for self-learning and ability for team work - Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related Import, Project Import, Handling Document Import - Computer Literate (good in Ms Excel) - Good in English Jobdesc : - Monitoring Shipment - Control Tower : Pre Alert ETD, ETA, HBL, NOA (Notice Arrival), SKI & LS Availaability, PIB + EDI, Duty + Bc 1.1, Delivery, HMT - Ensure FTA form availability for duty reduction benefit - Request original document (Invoice and packing list) - Active communication and follow up with internal team and external - Capable to user quickly internal systems - Have good analytical for each process
