Assistant Bar Manager (up to $3700 + PB | CBD)

Responsibilities Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedure Ensure high standards in beverage preparation, maintaining quality and consistency across cocktails, house specialties, and other drinks. Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to ensure smooth operations during high-volume service. Supervise, guide, and motivate the bar team to maintain efficient workflow and service standards. Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless coordination between bar and floor operations. Maintain bar cleanliness, oversee equipment upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or F&B setting, preferably in a high-volume environment. Confident in cocktail preparation and familiar with bar inventory management. Strong leadership and communication skills, able to perform under pressure. Service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working late hours, weekends, and public holidays.
