Record to Report Specialist | Shared Services (Competitive Pay!)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift; Onsite Location: Taguig Industry: Shared Services Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activities. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and maintain financial data integrity. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies while maintaining accurate financial records. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) experience. Experience working with global stakeholders or international teams. Hands-on experience with SAP. Experience with Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
