Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per week) - Ortigas, Pasig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our client's team and lead IT audit and digital assurance initiatives. In this role, you will guide teams in evaluating clients' digital environments, IT controls, cybersecurity measures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and build trust in technology. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage complex projects, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality results while embracing technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and execution of IT controls solutions and service organization control (SOC) reports Manage client accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality audit work and compliance with standards Analyze complex issues in IT environments to provide actionable insights and solutions Interface with clients and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths to build high-performing teams Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the company's code of conduct and independence requirements Qualifications: BS in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field; CPA and/or CISA certification is required At least 6 years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit, specifically in IT-related controls assurance (ITGC, ITAC) With solid experience in SOX audits Currently functioning at the Manager level Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills Can start immediately, if possible RecruitNest is your trusted career partner , dedicated to connecting you with the right opportunities that match your skills, goals, and aspirations.
