Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Senior/Lead Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per week) - Ortigas, Pasig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for an IT Audit Senior Specialist to join our client's team and contribute to digital assurance and audit initiatives. In this role, you will support complex client engagements, evaluate IT controls, and provide insights to improve processes and strengthen internal controls. You will work closely with engagement managers, build meaningful client relationships, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality results while developing your technical expertise and professional skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with engagement managers to plan and execute IT audit engagements. Propose tailored audit work programs based on client needs and risk assessments. Conduct interviews, assess internal controls, and analyze complex business and IT issues from strategy to execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted point of contact. Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their development and performance. Uphold professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, codes of conduct, and independence requirements. Leverage critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Develop a deep understanding of the business context and contribute to innovative and quality-driven solutions. Qualifications: BS in Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field; CPA and/or CISA certification is an advantage At least 3 years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit, specifically in IT-related controls assurance (IT General Controls and IT Application Controls – ITGC, ITAC) With solid experience in SOX audits Currently functioning at the Senior Associate level Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills Can start immediately, if possible RecruitNest is your trusted career partner , dedicated to connecting you with the right opportunities that match your skills, goals, and aspirations.
